About the Congressional Rural Caucus

Mission
The Congressional Rural Caucus (CRC) is a bipartisan coalition of Members of Congress committed to strengthening and revitalizing rural communities across America. The mission of the CRC is:

Leadership
The CRC is lead by a bipartisan executive committee chaired by Congressmen John E. Peterson (R-PA) and Allen Boyd (D-FL). Congressmen Tom Osborne (R-NE) and Lincoln Davis (D-TN) serve as Vice-Chairs for the CRC and the four work together to set policy goals for the Caucus and determine how to achieve results for rural America.

Each of the Republican and Democratic Task Force Co-Chairs sit on the executive committee. For more information about each of the Task Forces and their leadership, please see the links listed below the Task Force menu on the left hand side of the page.
